Agrimony
Agrimony is not commonly used today, but has its place in traditional
herbal medicine. This herb is safe for use for minor ailments in most

The freshParsley herb is a rich source of vitamin C. Medicinally,
Parsley has three main areas of usage. Firstly, it is an effective
diuretic, helping the body get rid of excess water. The second area of
use is as an emmenagogue stimulating the menstrual process. It is
advisable not to use parsley in medicinal dosage during pregnancy as
there may be excessive stimulation of the womb.Rosemary
Rosemary is a circulatory and nervine stimulant, which in
addition to the toning and calming effect on the digestion is used where
psychological tension is present. Useful for flatulent dyspepsia, headache or
depression associated with debility. Externally it may be used to ease muscular
pain, sciatica and neuralgia.
